White Beeches Campsite RULES & REGULATIONS:
CAMPSITE POLICIES
Whether you are visiting the campsite for a day of activities or camping overnight, these rules must be adhered to atall times so we can minimise our impact on the environment and respect others users by leaving things as they were.Any damage/ loss of equipment/property/facilities/environment/trees will be charged to the group.Failure to comply to the Rules and Regulations could result in being banned from using the site in future.
ENTRY AND DEPARTURE
While on site please ensure that the entry gates are closed and secure and on departure that the gates are locked.
VEHICLES
Parking is only permitted in the designated car parking areas.Vehicles are not permitted on the Burton Field area unless authorised by the warden beforehand.Leave the campsite track free at all times for emergency vehicles.
CAMP FIRES
Fires on the ground are permitted only within the designated camp fire circles.Please ensure that all fires are defiantly extinguish after use.All glass, tins and other rubbish must also be removed from around the fire pit areas.It is not permitted to cut any live trees down on this site. Please use the fallen dead wood for any fires.
RUBBISH
All rubbish must be removed from site as there is no refuse collection service.All waste food, tins and bottles and other litter must not be discarded in to the hedgerow, river or the surrounding site.At the end of your stay please carry out a sweep of the site for any litter and dangerous items.
WARDENS HUT
The warden’s hut is out of bounds unless prior agreement is arranged with the warden.
SITE
Please respect the on-site equipment and buildings while on site.Noise travels so consider the neighbouring community. Please keep the noise to a minimum from 2200 – 0800.Any outside organisation being brought in to run an activity must be clear by the site warden beforehand.Please do not cross the river which forms the boundary of the site.
PORTABLE TOILETS
All waste from portable loos must be remove from site on departure.
FIREWORKS are not permitted on this site.
DOGS are not permitted on site unless prior agreement with the warden.
GUNS, air rifles, catapults cross bows or any other weapons or not permitted on site.
GENERATORS are not permitted unless prior arrangement
DISPOSABLE BBQ are prohibited.
ALCOHOL Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to drink alcohol at White Beeches. Persons over the age of18 should not consume alcohol so that they are incapable to look after themselves. It is the responsibility of the Group leader to supervisor consumption of alcohol at White Beeches. Any over 18 Caught giving alcohol to under 18's will be asked to leave the site immediately.
DRUGS White Beeches has a zero-tolerance policy to drugs this includes selling, possession and use. If anyone iscaught the police will be called immediately. The person also will be banned from site.
SMOKING is only permitted in the car park no other places. This includes any electrical cigarettes and vapour devices.

Please stay alert and use caution. Avoid lingering under large trees during adverse weather conditions.
